Support and Maintenance

The FE Technologies Customer Care Team provides all of our library customers with post-installation technical support and maintenance.

This team comprises of 5 RFID technical experts, plus a supervisor. The team is supported by a team of RFID experts in our Research and Development team.

FE Technologies provides two ways of logging support tickets in the event that support is required:

1. Raising a support request via the support web portal
