Handheld Stock Take Unit

The Handheld Stock Take Unit enables retailers to quickly and easily scan their store, with the unit automatically uploading each item’s unique SKU information to a central database.

If a customer inquires about a certain item in perhaps a different size or colour, the sales assistant can simply scan the item and refer to the Stock Location Kiosk to check whether the requested products are currently available.

Armed with the knowledge that a product is in stock the sales assistant can then confidently guide a customer through the sales process.

If the store is part of a chain, the technology can advise whether the item is available at another location.

The handheld unit also includes a seek-and-find feature to further assist staff in locating an item.
