Online Support

The FE Technologies Online Support portal gives customers access to their current helpdesk requests, enabling them to view the status of each as well as editing or adding requests.

 

The portal offers the convenience of 24/7 web access to track tickets, set request urgency and post comments to the FE Technologies helpdesk.

 

Organisations must nominate a support contact to be granted access to the portal. A password and username will then be sent to that contact.

Telephone support is still available to organisations that register for the Online Support portal.  Telephone support will not be available on National and some State Public Holidays .
