The FE Technologies Charge-up Station provides libraries with a facility that provides 100% self-serve management of stored value cards. Patrons can check their balance, or add additional credit to their membership cards without the need for staff intervention or back office money handling and storage. The Charge-Up Station allows patrons to to manage stored value credit which can be used to pay for internet booking, photocopier usage and to pay for fines and fees at the Self Loan Station.
Payment Options
 Coin/Note acceptor: Featuring a coin and note acceptor, the Charge-Up Station allows patrons to top up their membership card using cash without visiting the circulation desk.- EFTPOS integration: Optional EFTPOS integration allows EFTPOS card payments. (Libraries must rent the EFTPOS keypad and system from the financial institution.)
- Full integration with stored payment “bank” : FE Technologies can deposit funds into a patron’s membership account, and display the balance onscreen.

- Standalone: The payment kiosk is a standalone unit that features a similar design as the Self Loan Station, including a barcode scanner and touchscreen computer, but is designed to be instantly recognisable as a Charge-Up Station to differentiate it in the library space.
- Intuitive Touchscreen: Easy to follow diagrams and simple workflows allow all users to access the Station
- Simple to use: Patrons simply scan their membership card and following the intuitive workflow on the touchscreen computer, select whether they would like to view their balance, or top up their credit, and by which payment method.
