The FE Technologies Library RFID system is an Australian state-of-the-art radio frequency identification (RFID) system for libraries that is compatible with most existing library data storage and transfer facilities.

Using SIP2 protocol, the Library RFID system enables speedy, simple and user-friendly library transactions for library staff and borrowers. This includes check out, check in, return, putting items on hold, stock-take and daily shelf management.

RFID systems can be custom-designed to suit any sized library in any location. Components include Self Loan Stations, Portable Scanning Units, Security Gates, Mobile Retrospective Encoder, Circulation Assistant and the RFID tags.
